Q: May I visit your factory?
A: Yes, welcome to visit us. We’re in Jiangmen City, around 100km distance from Guangzhou airport. Just advise your schedule, we’ll arrange the pick-up .
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We accept sample order, and MOQ is 20 pcs of formal order.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: Normally, 30 days for 20’GP and 45days for 40’HQ upon deposit. However, for special case, we’ll make efforts to meet your plan.
Q: Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on sinks product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
Q: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products.
A: The staffs in our design department are well experienced in the sink industry, with more than 12 years experience.We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more update sinks details.
